Harvested all my Pak Choy this morning. All the plants were forming flower heads. Filled two 2 gallon zip lock bags with cuttings. Also harvested a bag full of fresh Spinach.
Had Chicken stir fry with carrots and Bak Choy with mushroom rice for dinner

Don't know if you have grown corn before, but you need a good sized patch to get full ears. If you only have a small patch or plant them in 1 or 2 single rows, you'll only get small, incomplete ears. They won't pollinate completely. They are still tasty, but you will need to eat 4-6 of them to equal one regular-sized ear.

Thanks, Jim. I've never grown it but have plenty of land to give it a try. We had planned to build a big fence to keep critters out, and I wanted a big veggie garden inside. Now that we need the new well, the well drilling company wouldn't have enough space to maneuver if we built the fence, so we're holding off on it. No veggie garden this year. :(
