I used to think that growing vegetables during the winter season was a fool's game that no one ever played. I'm glad I learned differently before I wasted my greenhouse for yet another winter. I have a nice setup for fresh salads this year! I have some arugula (my favorite salad leaf), spinach, broccoli, onions, leeks, beets and radishes in my greenhouse. I didn't plant a whole lot of any because I've only read online that it's possible for all of these plants to thrive at this time of year. It hasn't gotten very cold here yet, so I'm still waiting to see if Google has steered me wrong or not. What vegetables do you have in your greenhouse right now?
