Broccoli, cheese, and ham fritatta

Cheesy Ham and Broccoli Frittata
Serves Serves 6

2teaspoon olive oil
2 tbls butter
1small onion, or half a large onion, chopped
1crown fresh broccoli, florets separated
1and 1/2 cups cooked ham, chopped (I used a ham steak)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4cup whole milk
3/4teaspoon salt
1 cup chopped spinach
1 sweet pepper diced
In an 11 inch cast iron skillet, heat the olive oil and butter over medium heat. Add the chopped onions, spinach, sweet peppers, ham, broccoli and cook until tender 5-8 minutes.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, cheese, milk, 3/4 teaspoon salt, and black pepper.
Preheat oven to 350.
If you have turned the burner off, turn it on to medium. Make sure the pan is hot before adding the egg mixture.
Pour the egg mixture over the top. Gently stir. Cook for 7-9 minutes, or until the edges are starting to set.
Transfer the pan to the oven. Bake for 15 mins
